Andrew Roos dishonesty

Andrew Roos is a white adult male of about 50 yrs old and stay in Algoa park, in Port Elizabeth, married to Tania Roos. Andrew pretends to be the owner of a 1968 Ford Mustang and then sell it to me, but the car never exists. Andrew always have excuses why he cant send pictures of the car, or papers of the car. Beware of this man. He took R6000 for the car and never delivered the car.
