CATFISH- Holiday Accommodation edition.

As a Manageress I pride myself on creating amazing experiences for all guests that has walked into any establishment I have ever worked, no matter the cost or where they are from .I have an amazing Hobby of finding little, inexpensive accommodation places in and around Cape Town. With that said, I know exactly how any accommodation should be maintained, from 5 star hotels all the way down to a Camp Sites. However, never in my entire life or my 7 years in hospitality Management have I come across an Establishment to my utter Disgust as The Andrew Murray Center. We were a party of 16 that booked out the entire "house" for a wedding that we were attending in Paarl. As i walked in, the house was badly light with minimal natural light on the ground floor, it was dark and ****kie. There were cameras around the house that made everyone very uncomfortable. The house smelt musty and was not well ventilated at all. We were told we had the house to ourselves, however, there were certain rooms and areas that were off bounds. Upstairs, was Hot and stuffy. The walls are deteriorating, the bedding and bed is musty. The Carpets doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned. We were mostly women and there was a guy walking around with his pubic hair sticking out of his shorts which made the girls feel uncomfortable. The place looks as if it is a rehab center, even though the host claims that it is not. I believe that this man is a con artist and is ripping people off by offering this horrible accommodation. Overall, we did not stay at the accommodation as it was totally unsatisfactory and immediately left to find alternate accommodation.
