Unprofessional service

I have a case currently in court, presented by Andrew Joyce, firstly they never came to the police station i was held at,I saw them in court, after no communication, as a 1st time "offenders was expecting tht thy wl tell me wht to expect but no,iam the one who is alwys pushing for communication, then on the 2nd appearance I asked them if thy knew m appearing the following day,the answer was"aware"just like tht,ok on my to court I whtspped him to let him know m on my way,he said ok(with emojis)ok when j arrived in court,we waited and u can only think how my anxiety levels were, I called to ask where s he ?and the answer was"iam sick like a dog,I sent someone hang tight there's found tht very unprofessional, especially coming from a person tht u just spoke with now,and he sent a number of the person he sent,I called her several times no answer, and names were being called already to go inside, then passesby a lady,I assumed its her,and I just said "hi"she ********ly said"m waiting for them to open"that was her,my representative, court proceed,and the way she was sooo unprofessional, looked soo untidy,her attire full of make up,very unprofessional
