Extremey bad service and attitude

Firstly they didn't honour my appointment & ended having to reschedule. Struggled to even get hold of them even to secure the new date they wanted to reschedule to.Andrew himself didn't do the shoot, though when I decided on buying this groupon voucher it was because a friend recommended him to us. Our expectation was since a photo shoot is service-based we expected to get the service from the main person advertising his professional skills. The lady/ receptionist was the person who took our pics and she wasn't very friendly. She looked irritated and very impatient with our 18 months old who was the main reason we had the photo shoot. She just decided to run her own show and didn't even try finding out what we wanted out of the photoshoot. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable and as if we were a nuisance to her. We even decided not to change into our third outfit as we also just wanted to get done and be far away from that place. They promised to call us within the next two weeks to come fetch our edited disc and they never did. We had to call a month later to find out if our disc was ready and to my surprise it was actually ready for collection but nobody cared to let us know
