incredibly poor service

Worst experience i have ever had. Such poor workmanship its actually unbelievable.

My car went in for a fender smash. They had to replace the fender and respray my front bumper on my Toyota auris. They took out my side skirt/ sill on the car to replace fender. They have used two way tape to put it back. It has popped out as the tape is not holding. i took the car back and they immediately go under the car and say theres scratches and a crack therefor its my fault that it has come loose. The drivers side which has no work done on has the same scratches and crack as this happened before the repairs yet that side is still solid.

This is 5/6 months after it being fixed. The day i picked my car up i noticed the headlight they put in was a different colour compared to the original (black original). They put in a chrome headlight. This questions the quality check that has to be done on the car after the work is done..or is this done at all? Thge skirting has cracks all over from them removing it incorrectly the first time, the fender was coming loose at the window after a week.

They are just a fancy workshop with certificates in the reception that means absolutely nothing as the work the do is so so poor. If i could rate a 0 or even a minus i would as i think 1 star is way too much for them. The customer service sucks.
