Hail damage repair that came back with problems from the panelbeater

My insurance referred me to this guys for hail damage not knowing my car will come back with problems that made me lose the comfortability of my car like before, the hail damage was fixed fine but the car came back with scratches ,water coming in when it rains or when it went for carwash, from January i only had my car back around March and been in and out using my own petrol for the trips
