Appalling hairdresser

This hair dresser burnt my hair to no repair doing a 'Brazilian treatment' knowing my hair was fragile and also knowing that the client knows no better than to listen to the hairdresser. Chopped my hair in random blunt layers and has the audacity to state she didn't do the damage. She also sells knockoff hair products for double the price and states they have no sulfates in them when the ingredients in them state otherwise. She also refuses to refund fully for her disastrous work.
