CoC provided not trustworthy

Bought my house, with a CoC provided by Andre Struwig. After moving into the house I noted that there were issues in the power. Many plugs would trip, power would seem to surge..contacted andre a few time to come out and look and he indicated all was fine. I even had Tshwane come out to do an evaluation on the power supply, which was all good. A year later the whole house's power burnt out and I had to re-do wiring of the house. On the evaluation of the new electrician that re did the power of the house it became evident that Andre could not possibly provide a CoC as there were major issues with the wiring of the house. Such as speaker wiring for lighting. wrong distribution of amount of power to circuit breakers....just to name a few.
