We booked Andre Sonnekus Photography for our wedding in May 2018. At the time of booking we had already found a photographer therefore we booked him for videography. We paid all the fees prior to the wedding day. On the day of the wedding Andre arrived with his colleague and they proceeded with their duties as agreed. Andre had promised us that the editing of the videos would take approximately 4 months. We didn't trouble him during the 4 months after the wedding and gave him all the time to work on our video. On the 5th month, he was not communicating to us on his progress so we started following up with him on how far he was with the editing.

He kept ignoring the calls, emails and not responding to any of our text messages. 10 months after the wedding day, we had not received any of the videos taken. We would call him various times in a week without any response, on the one day that he decides to take the call he would promise to send a link to the wedding video but he never kept to his word.

Months and months went by without any videos from him. A year later after the wedding day there was no video and no response from Andre. This one day that we continued to email, phone and text him, we received an "undelivered" notification stating that his email address was no longer in existence. Upon launching his website, we also noted that his website was also shut down. At this point it became clear that this guy was a ****.

We did a bit of a research and to our surprise we came across a new website that was created under Andre's details and this was "AndFox Photography". This new website was a clear duplicate of his old website. The content and the design of the website was exactly the same as the old website. It was clear at that point that this guy is running a ***** scheme and had intentions of ******** people through this platform.
