The bank allocate Andre Roux conveyancing Inc to assist with the transfer on the 26 Immet with their employee jouce to sign documents on the payment I notice they included the financial statement and the insurance certificate i asked joice that since we'll I hav the financial statement from the owner can they minus the amount for that and if it was possiblethat iIcan obtain the iinsurance cert from the owner she said it's fine they will minus the amount as well.next day I receive a call from Yvonne and she was rude to me asking why I did that and i m a problematic client she further said she had sealed 2 million deals before.I reported the matter to ayesha mills from standard bank till to date no feedback.
