Andre Pienaar and Associates

With reference to state capture inquiry dated 12 July 2019 I was not impressed with the manner adv Andre pienaar conducted himself during the proceedings. He seems not to understand the legal process and rules of the commission. How an adv can ask what the relevance of Neo Solutions financial statements are when the matter being enquired related to the receipt of ******* money. The money was receipted into Neo bank account. Incorrectly recorded as a shareholder in the financials of Neo Solutions. Adv still persisted with interferring and his lack of understanding demonstrates that maybe he should have not been present at the hearing. Very disappointing. How an adv can tell a witness to not give evidence. Adv Andre Pienaar why did you study law? To uphold or to allow ******* activities to continue??
