Unhappy client

I bought the tv box on 21 May 2024, hoping to get the delivery within 7-10 days as per their information but until today there is no tv box and when ever I follow up with them, they promise to send it the following week and they keep advertising the same product that they know they will not deliver, I am so disappointed with their service.
