TV Box ****

I bought a TV box from Andowl on the 8th of May 2024 it's been 4 months and I have not received it. I only receive feedback only when I enquire and they don't tell me anything about my order just an apology. I have since requested a refund many times but they do not want to give me my money back. Do yourselves a favor, don't buy from this business as they are a ****. Keep your product and give me my money back because you clearly don't have it
