Run and don't look back!

This has been the worst customer experience. I ordered a TV box on 15 April '24 and still have not received it. You are constantly given the excuse that the shipment is stuck at customs and emails requesting a refund are ignored. I can safely say this is a **** and you will not receive your things. The best part is that they constantly send you advertising material, but can deliver on outstanding orders.
