ONLINE ****m&Rs

I am extremely disappointed in Andowl online shop. I ordered and paid for a TV Box in June 2024 but l haven't received it. Its been half a year. I have left countless messages on their website, Email, and WhatsApp number. They either lie and say it's coming before the end of the week or just point blank ignore my messages. I have asked for my refund, but they refuse. So, basically, I was ****med of my money. I urge those who value their money to never order from this company! Never!
