Not trust worthy, i have an order for a tv box online on the 7 October and i have not received it and has been over a month now

Not trust worthy, i have an order for a tv box online on the 7 October and i have not received it and has been over a month now. Every time when i follow up, they keep on saying it will be delivered within a weeks and 5 weeks later i have not received it. The service is very poor, no direct line to call, only WhatsApp and emails which they often respond to. They are quick to send you daily specials but do not deliver after receiving payment. I am so dissatisfied and i feel like its a ****.
