Don't order anything with Andowl they are ****mers!

I ordered and paid for a tv box from Andowl on the 28th of May 2024, to date when I enquire they tell me they are excited that the delivery is this week, when I ask for a refund they are still excited that the delivery will be this week, their email is never acknowledged, their shop is never a available and they only chat via WhatsApp, they are very unprofessional!
