Disgusted

I have never been do dissatisfied and disappointed with any company like I am with andowl. I ordered a TV box on the 4th June with a promise to deliver in 10 days, till now 29 July no delivery. I've contacted them several times with no response, just ignoring me. The service is appalling. I want my money back. Please don't order anything at andowl South Africa.
