Andova tented camps Hoedspruit

Please can you look into this complaint.

A full refund of R3120.00 is requested. The booking was made via bookings.com Bookings.com has placed some lovely pictures about Andova Tented Camp. When you go to the place its terrible. This is no place to stay for a holiday. I have pictures of this.

The guy from Andova Tented Camp is not taking my calls. Its shows that he is hiding away instead of sorting the problem out. Please refrain from this place. This is totally unacceptable and I will not settle for a voucher of R468 from bookings.com Andova Tented Campas is a mess.

If this is not resolved we will have to take this further. I hope you hear from you soon.
