Poor legal assistance

This attourney promised he would assist me with a battle against a ruthless landlord. He got me to pay him a fixed fee. To date I've asked him to refund me my money. He's been giving me stories every day he has run off my money. I've also given him a federal who also needed legal assistance. We are yet to establish whether she will get the help that he promised me on my case. I warn against seeking legal assistance from this attourney. He seems to get money out of his clients without even consulting promising good returns.
