waiting 6 months for a refund

This is to warn all citizens about this company. I had paid a 50% deposit in Sept 2014. For a whole month I had to listen to excuses as to why my job was not being done. Eventually I cancelled and got a new supplier. I had been refunded about 45% of what I had paid and can not get the balance due to me. I call every week, and I am made false promises that I would get paid. Don't every use this supplier - this is *****! I am going to the local newspaper to Inform the greater community of what is going on.
