Wrong pizza followed by cold pizza

Called Andiccio 24 Northcliff on Sunday 17/09/2017 19:09 for Pizza delivery. Pizza was delivered by Innocent at around 19:36, when I got to the house I realise it's a wrong pizza. I called Innocent who returned, but he did not have my pizza still. He took the wrong pizza back, saying they made a mistake at the shap and he will be back with my pizza. He went back and and returned at arond 20:00 with my pizza which was now too cold, the avocado had turned bownish...too disappointing, always loved their pizza :(
