Wrong order, no feedback

Hi On Tuesday 21 March I sent an email to your Malibongwe branch on the WE VALUE YOUR FEEDBACK section on your website, and still have not received a response. My wife and I order regularly from Andiccio, but on Sunday I discovered my pizza did not contain the bacon I ordered. We have the slip and photos to prove this. I was annoyed, but I'm even more annoyed that you ignore a loyal customers feedback.
