Where's My Dinner?

<p>Over the phone Andiccio's Illovo said our order would take 40 minutes. It's now been 1.5 hours and it still hasn't arrived. We were not called by the store, we had to call them. You cannot tell the customer an order will take 40 minutes and then not deliver 90 minutes later because 'there was a big order before yours'. That is unacceptable. This particular store has done this to me in the past and I know that they will still charge me full price for my food. I would expect any business that is actually concerned with the service or product they provide to be falling over themselves to apologise to the customer and would not dare charge for the food. </p>
