Useless delivery service

I ordered a pizza from Greenpark at 1845. He said it would take 45 minutes. I called at 1945 asking where it is, he said they were running late and don't have drivers and I must come pick it up instead. I asked him how long it will be so I can weigh up collecting it myself or not. He said 15 minutes, so I said fine I'll wait. It's now another hour and 2 more phone calls and I still don't have my pizza! This is absolutely ridiculous, and to make it worse, their excuse every time is that they don't have any drivers available. This makes no sense to me as I live 5 minutes away from andiccio greenpark, how could they not have dropped my pizza off en route in almost 2 hours? I'm also appalled at how rude the man was on the phone, I'll definitely not be ordering from greenpark again. Useless!
