UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE - Andicco24 Leapfrog Branch.

Yet another disappointment from Andicco24

I placed an order using my coupon code (which was given from a previous order which was recently messed up). I ordered a vegetarian pizza at your Andicco24 leapfrog branch at 19:50pm, i collected the order at 20:15pm. Only to travel away and open the sealed box 30mins later to find out that the pizza given to me was a meat pizza.

This is totally unacceptable. I then drove back to the store to collect the correct pizza which was given to me cold, and then drove 30mins back home to eat cold pizza at 21:20pm, i cannot even warm this pizza up because there is load shedding and no electricity.

Your customer services at the branches in Fourways area are useless. I suggest you train your staff.

From now if I ever order from Andicco24 I will have to break the seal on the box at the shop to check double check my order. Or place an order at the shop and monitor them making my pizza with the correct ingredients etc. Because your staff are ***********.

I have sent an email with attached pictures of the wrong pizza given to me. A copy of my slip, and the correct but cold pizza finally given to me.
