Unacceptable experience! Overcharged and offered bribe by a manager and driver duo. Refused to accept their dishonesty and speaking out to protect others. Can't believe this happened in broad daylight! Beware of this *******!

Unacceptable Experience at Andiccio24 Rondebosch - Overcharged and Bribery Attempt! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Andiccio24 Rondebosch. Not only was I overcharged on my bill, but when I brought it to the attention of the manager (a lady), she attempted to bribe me to keep quiet about it!

When I spoke to another manager, they seemed clueless about the situation, which raises concerns about the restaurant's accountability and customer care. I suspect that this may not be an isolated incident.

Upon reviewing my bill, I noticed that I was charged incorrectly for Pepperoni and large margherita pizza R345 instead of 245 without tip. When I called the manager (the lady) over to address this issue, they offered to "take care of it" and imp**** that I should keep quiet about the mistake in exchange for a discount on my next visit. This behavior is unacceptable and *********.

I hope you take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to address the following:

- Correct the billing error and refund the overcharged amount - Investigate the manager's behavior and take appropriate disciplinary action - Provide a formal apology and assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to share my experience with friends, family, and online review platforms.
