Terrible Service, Zero Consistency

<p>I have ordered from Andiccio 24 Kyalami on numerous occasions for delivery. I live in Carlswald, Midrand. I have also ordered for delivery in Woodmead. My last order for delivery was on Saturday 17 December 2016 to Carlswald, Midrand. I received my order however, the driver had forgotten the tub of ice cream I had ordered, he apologised and said he would return with the ice cream, and so he did.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Wednesday 21 December 2016, 4 days after my last delivery, I call to place an order for delivery again to Carlswald, Midrand. I am then told that the store does not deliver to Midrand. I request to speak to the manager, and the guy taking my order says he IS in fact the manager. </p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to explain that I had ordered from the store on numerous occasions and that this was the first time I am hearing of this, and that I had placed an order just 4 days before, where the driver actually returned to my house twice as he had forgotten part of my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I found this so ridiculous, so I enquired as to when this new 5km radius rule had started, and the response was that this is how it has been from when the store opened.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some consistency would be nice. I was made to feel like I am delusional. This "manager" said they definitely deliver in Woodmead , just not in Midrand. My address on Woodmead is further from the store than my Midrand address, but anyway, noone was interested in that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible service, terrible manager. Never ordering or setting foot at Andiccio 24 Kyalami again. </p> <p> </p>
