Terrible service terrible customer service

<p>i ordered 2 pizzas 2 ice creams and 2 cokes. They said it would take 45 minutes. After an hour I called and they said the driver is on his way. Another hour later (2hours after ordering) 1 cold pizza arrived with 2 liquid ice creams and 2 warm cokes. When I called the manager said no speak to the day manager when I spoke to him he went to check what time I ordered he couldn't even take my word that it was 2 hours ago. Such cases terrible service will never ever order from there again after various times I am just not prepared to get such bad service and the manager says must we send another pizza? Lol no thanks my husband went to get us dinner elsewhere already!! PS I had to give one star else this wouldn't be published it doesn't even deserve that!!</p>
