Terrible Service & Attitude

No wonder you dont respond to Hellopeter reports, if the service at store level is so bad clearly the online service will be just as bad.<br> <br> i orderd my pizza teleponicly and was told to come in 25min, i promptly arrived 20min after the call so i would not be late, after paying and waiting 15min for my pizza i enquired how much longer, only to find out that they had not even started the pizza!<br> <br> when i voiced my concerns to the manager he brushed it off as they are busy and they have to many slips to work off, not even an apology!! i am the customer paying you MONEY for a service that was not done the way it should have been. <br> <br> in my business if i mess up, i make it up to the customer and not brush off their complaint, i give them credits on their accounts or personally make sure the problem gets resloved.<br> i also register to hellopeter becuase a couple R100 in fee's per year is a small price to pay to show you care about your customers.<br> <br> Andiccio 24 is a TERRIBLE company and clearly by all the unanswered hellopeters does not care about its customers!
