Terrible Service!

Placed an order at ~8pm. Called at ~ 21:20 and was told that the driver was just leaving with our food. We called back at 21:40, and was told that our food order had actually not been placed at 8pm when we first called. Manager said food would be with us before 10pm, which it was. However, the focaccia was cold and chewy and the soup was LITERALLY half the usual quantity. Called manager about the soup, his atttitude was poor and disappointing - he told me to send the food back so he could send me a new order in 10-15 mins, and said he would send the same size half quantity soup. No consideration that the time was now ~22:10 and he wanted to send me the same wrong order. The driver at the time even agreed that the soup size was wrong. This is the worst experience I've had, but service like this is not uncommon. Andiccio 24 should be ashamed with the way they think they can get away with treating customers.
