Shocking service, will never use Andiccio again

Called the Morningside branch to place and order and am told that they will not accept and deliver my order as I am not within their delivery range. I know for a fact that I am based 4.1km away which is within their 5km limit however in spite of this, they refuse to take my order and tell me to call another branch. The lack of desire for business as well as the inability to actually listen to what I am saying is shocking. Never have I been refused by a restaurant to take my order. Absolutely shocking service! With so many choices for pizza, I can live without using this one again!
