Service and food gets worse everyday

We order from andiccios Illovo often. Lately you cannot get a delivery within an hour. The pizza arrives stone cold at least 9/10 times. No help complaining, they promise you a discount voucher for next time, but there always seem to be an excuse why they can't honour it. No help complaining to their customer care, they don't reply at all. It's a shame, the pizzas use to be the best in Jhb. Bad service and food can sink even the best restauarants though.
