Rude

i am a loyal Andiccio's customer who knows all your branches and was very excited when one FINALLY opened in my area. Today I phoned in to place a delivery order an it took Sam more then 20 minutes to take my address and he STILL got it wrong. When I asked to speak to someone else he said he is the only the only person I can speak to. He was rude and lacked good customer service. When the driver phoned in when he was about to leave he got our address right from the beginning. I really am disappointed in the service I received and hope that I wont have to experience this again.
