Repeated missing toppings then 1.5hrs late!

My children and I have been loyal customers, ordering every single week. We are even known by name. On 4 occasions at least they delivered with the extra tomatoes missing which my 3 year old loves. Last night we waited from 6.15pm when we ordered till 7.35pm. I called back twice to be told the driver was on his way. We live 5 mins away from the shop! It would have been better to be told the truth whatever that was. I had to make new supper for my boys and they did not eat the pizza when it arrived. I actually drove to the store this morning and returned the pizzas and the complimentary cupcakes. Giving me free food does not compensate for bad service. The owner has never called me after I requested this. I will never use this franchise again. Good marketing but pathetic service.
