Premium prices, poor service

<p>So its after 10pm, you just finished work and you craving pizza. Not feeling like cooking you head off to the only open pizza place, Andiccio 24.</p> <p>Placed my order for a pizza, drink and a desert. Pay by credit card and stay by the counter waiting for my order. Shortly after the payment went through one of the guys comes to me "Sorry sir we out of stock of your one topping. Would like change it with something else or a refund?" Off course i asked for a refund cause if i wanted a different a topping it would be on my initial order. No harm done, everyone runs out of stock at some point.</p> <p> </p> <p>Continuing to wait for the pizza by the counter i wait patiently. After 20 min i notice that all the people who ordered before me receive their food. So i ask the guys is my order ready? Turns out its been on the counter for about 10min and starting to get cold. Since its cooled down a bit i ask them why they didnt call me. No answer. Then, please can you heat it quick, which they did obliged to but gave me a funny look. </p> <p>It gets worse. Since no one bothered to ask me if i had received my drink and desert i ask for it. Then they come back to me saying the desert is out of stock... Again refund or something else they asked. I asked for a refund which was presented without incident, but in the form of cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>All in all not a good service. And this isnt the first time this happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>What bothers me is a client pays for the entire order which is processed on the POS system, then later they come to you with an out of stock situation on more than one product. By the time i got home the food was cold. I understand one pays more for the convenience of a 24 hour outlet but for that money i at least expect a warm pizza.</p> <p> </p> <p>All in all a terrible experience and I'm not going to support Andiccio 24 again as its a reoccurring thing.</p> <p>Very dissappointed :(</p> <p> </p>
