Poor hygiene and service from Rondebosch branch

I ordered a pizza from the Rondebosch branch last night via the app. The store did not put the order through until I arrived to pick it up which defeats the purpose of the online ordering system. I watched the staff member who was handling my pizza with his hands touch his face and nose multiple times while making the pizza which is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. The staff seemed to not care about working and are just hanging around. Really disappointed and will never support this branch again
