Pathetic customer service from Andiccio 24 Grayston store manager

Worst customer service!!!!! I received an incorrect order from Andiccio 24 Grayston and when I called and spoke to the manager on duty on 24/09/2019 between the hours of 00:00-02:00 he refused to be of any service!!! He admitted to giving the delivery guy the wrong order but then turns the story around and blames the delivery guy for taking the wrong order. This is not my fault I am the customer I have nothing to do with that I placed an order expecting my delivery payment was already made by me, this should be sorted out between Andiccio 24 and the delivery service not me!!!! When I asked the manager of this store what must I do with this incorrect pizza he says I must throw it away what kind of managers do you appoint that say these things and have no care in the world about Andiccios reputation!!!! Absolutely pathetic!!! If this matter is not dealt with I will have no choice but to escalate it to the consumer goods and services ombudsman! At the end of the day your store depends on the customers we customers do not depend on you so get proper management for your store!!!
