Pathetic

<p>I placed an order earlier at Andicco's Coachmans. I spoke to Maropedi. It took me what feld like 20 minutes to place an order for 3 pizza's. 2 of the 3 were exactly the same. I had to spell absolutely evertthing in Nato Phonetic Alphabet, as het was unable to comprend. I have told him that I WORK at a DEALERSHIP down the road fromn Andicco's. He repeatedly asked me if this a a house or complex. The dealership is on the same road as the Andiccio branch, about 2 km away and alot of our staff members order pizza from Andiccio's. Absolutely pathetic.</p> <p>Somerhing that would normally tak me less that 5 minutes, look me almost 20 minutes. I am convinced that francised like Debonairs employer better staff that this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not exactly the service I expect from a place where I would pay double the price I would pay at Debonairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suggest you get someone else to answer the phone. </p>
