OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE: waited ages for pizza, apparently my order was never processed!!!

<p>I am very disappointed Andiccio's Blackheath store. I called to order a pizza, and after 90 minutes of waiting, I called the store to find out how far along the delivery was. The guy puts me on hold and then comes back only to say that my order hadn't even reached the kitchen yet. Why? Printer problem. So after 90 minutes you don't think to check why the order you put through for delivery has NOT come out yet? That is completely ridiculous and unacceptable service!!! That's the first and last time I order anything with Andiccio, clearly they have no regard or care for their customers.</p>
