Order never delivered after being paid - Hazelview

To begin with the staff appeared to have no interest in helping us. But this is not the problem.

The problem is that our pizza was never delivered. We ordered and paid, then after paying asked if it can be delivered and the cashier said that our address is within 5km radius for free delivery. We gave him the phone number and delivery address. Only to wait at home and no pizza is delivered. We tried calling multiple times but got no answer. Then my friend drove back to the shop but it was already closed.

This is utterly disappointing to see that after the devastating impact lockdown has had on the restaurant business that this is the kind of service you receive. Shocking.
