Only customer and it still took 10 mins to START

6 pm and at least 6 staff members. <br> I was the only customer to serve. They took my order quickly and the proceeded to do nothing for 10 mins before they even started processing the order. <br> I've been a steady customer since they opened, but I wont bother going there again!
