Longest (No) Delivery Time

<p>Last week I placed an ice-cream order, when it didn't arrive I called the shop and was told that the driver was on the way. By 22:00 there was no delivery... still no delivery even the next day. This evening I placed a pizza order which hasn't arrived nearly 2 hours later. This has happened several times before from Aniccio Illovo. I'm never giving them my business again.</p>
