Late delivery and poor service: a common trend

I have contacted Andiccios on multiple times for delivery.<br> The first time the delivery was late by more than 30min. The food arrived cold.<br> Giving the institution a second chance the food arrived late once again.<br> In placing the order I made a particular point of ensuring the delivery would be within 40min and was promised it would. When I called at the 40min the experience was completely terrible. I was treated poorly, by a particularly rude individual. When I questioned what I should do if the food arrives cold, he simply said \do what you want\".<br> This branch has failed me on more than one occasion.<br> I regret that this is the case, but unfortunately I cannot wait endlessly for my food to be delivered while I receiving such poor customer service "
