Great atmosphere and friendly staff, but saddled with sub-standard technology

Lynnwood Lane store.

The atmosphere in the store is always upbeat - and the store itself is in tip-top shape. I also have nothing but the highest of compliments for the staff - very helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is the technology they have been equipped with. On two separate occasions, I have had to wait an additional 15-25 minutes after the order was ready, because the wireless POS card device couldn't connect to the GPRS network/repeatedly declined the transactions.

They have had to resort to asking customers to pay with cash, in an attempt to ease the bottlenecks created by the payment issues. It somewhat defeats the purpose and convenience of a 24hour store if customers cannot go cash-less and pay electronically.
