I ordered pizza at 18:40 Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 19:20 I called at 19:40 to ask where my pizza was and was told it is 2nd in line to be delivered. I called again at 20:09 and guy called Lucky told me the delivery guy left 15min ago. Mind u, i stay 5min away from leaping frog centre and again 30min later the pizza was not delivered. I called to speak to the manager(Kurai) and he told me there was suddenly a mix up with my order and he will send the order in 10min and give me a cup cake. Like really? Cupcake lol. I just wanted my pizza not to be compensated by a damn cupcake.

I waited and the pizza only arrived at 20:50. Over 2and a half hrs later. This is the epitome of BAD SERVICE Andiccio Leaping frog
