Disrespect and Arrogance

My husband and I went for lunch at Andiccio 24 at The Buzz shopping Centre on Saturday 14th November. When we were shown to our table, we noticed that there was another table of four men that were arrogantly smoking cigarettes right next to the \no smoking"sign at the restaurant. This was disrespectful on it's own (seeing as it is law that no smoking is allowed this close to a building or other people)"
