delivery guys andiccio24 are rude to clients

the delivery guy apparently by the name of kudzi from Andiccio24 came to my complex and insulted me telling me that he had suppose to have knocked off by 2345hrs but thats when i called the company.he even had the nerve to tell me i was wasting his time i should hurry up.later when i called in to report the matter the guy who answered the phone did not any remorse towards the issue at hand and i felt he was very unprofessional about the matter. i think its a management problem and this should come to an end.please advise,someone should be held accountable.
