customer service and quality

My pizza from last was burned and rock hard and cold my partner asked me at one stage if im eating sand. Ive been supporting Andiccios for years and just look at the total amount of pizzas I order in 2023 alone, clearly you don’t value nor respect your company’s reputation and neither do you care about the quality of your food nor your customers. How can you deliver a burned pizza to customer.
