Clueless staff

The William Nicol store is managed by a bunch of idiots.

Having ordered 2 pizzas one with artichokes to be ready in half an hour, leaving my contact number. When my daughter arrived to collect the pizza's they charged her and then told her they did not have artichokes that we must choose something else. I did not want anything else and requested a refund for the artichokes. They then proceeded to cancel the order and hand my daughter the money back.

In what universe does this make sense? Firstly the staff had ample time to advise me or my daughter that there were no artichokes especially as they had not stated baking the pizzas at the time she arrived but were happy to take the money. I can only assume they work for commission.

The service was shocking and the manager could only mumble his reasoning for returning the money and canceling the order even though my daughter repeatedly explained that we were simply requesting the refund for the artichokes.

I can also assure you that you will never see me in one of your stores again
